The coolest social media campaign has been Miranda’s #HAMILDROP. Through this campaign, Miranda shares scrapped songs, first drafts, and covers that transcend the musical realm. It gives fans a look into the process from conception to curtain and a chance to see their favorite songs covered by mainstream artists.
With the huge following and spike in popularity Hamilton saw, maybe more shows will take notice and we can bring Broadway back to the mainstream.
